Roosevelt Delva/Haiti/Cocaine Distribution

by G. George | May 11, 2026

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Roosevelt Delva, a criminal illegal alien from Haiti, in Rex, Georgia, on charges of cocaine distribution.

Cocaine distribution involves the sale or transfer of cocaine to others and carries significantly higher criminal penalties than possession under both Georgia and federal law. Distribution charges carry mandatory minimum sentences that increase based on the quantity involved. Criminal illegal aliens convicted of cocaine distribution are subject to both criminal prosecution and mandatory federal removal proceedings.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Delva in Rex. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to Haiti.
