U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Manuel Division, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, in Central Falls, Rhode Island, on charges of rape and sexual assault.

Division faces two of the gravest criminal charges possible. Rape is a first-degree felony under Rhode Island law carrying mandatory lengthy prison sentences and lifetime sex offender registration. Sexual assault adds a further grave sex offense. Together, these charges make Division one of the most dangerous criminal illegal aliens targeted by federal enforcement.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers apprehended Division in Central Falls. He currently remains in federal immigration custody and faces removal proceedings before a Department of Justice immigration judge, with potential deportation back to the Dominican Republic.
